Contact forms
Quote requests and job applications send your answers over HTTPS to our mail service hosted by WHC. Quote requests are emailed to info@lagestionelite.com and job applications to emploi@lagestionelite.com. A confirmation email is also sent to the address you provide. Your answers are not stored in a website database.
Information you choose to provide
A request may include your name, contact information, company, city and a description of your needs. A job application also includes your age group, employment status, availability, transportation and experience, along with any résumé you choose to attach.
How we use this information
Information sent by email is used to respond to your request, prepare a quote or review your application. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or details unrelated to your request.
Files and delivery tracking
Your résumé is received temporarily for attachment to the email, then deleted from the temporary folder after processing. Technical identifiers, delivery statuses and security counters are retained to limit abuse and duplicate submissions; they do not contain your answers or résumé. Sent emails remain in the usual mail systems and delivery queues.
Visitor counter
A counter displays the total number of visits lasting at least 30 seconds on public pages. Time accumulates while a page is visible, including when moving between pages. A temporary random identifier is kept in the browser's session storage to avoid counting the same visit twice. The counter stores only a total and temporary validation hashes for no more than 24 hours; it does not retain your name, email address or the pages visited. Browser limitations may affect this total, which is an estimate.
The employee portal
Your access request must be approved by La Gestion Élite before the first code is sent. After verifying this code, you choose a password for future sign-ins. Passwords are stored as hashes and are never emailed. A temporary code also lets you reset your password. Accounts, saved locations and supply orders are kept in a private directory at WHC so you can access your history. Orders include the employee's name, location, products, quantities and submitted notes. Each employee can access their own orders; La Gestion Élite receives orders by email.
The onboarding form is emailed from an approved account. Its answers are not stored in the portal. They are cleared from the page after delivery is confirmed or when you leave the section. Only a reference, a cryptographic hash and delivery tracking information are retained to prevent duplicates. A confirmation is sent to the account email without repeating the answers.
External services
This site does not add advertising or audience analytics tools. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to display and secure the site. Fonts are hosted with the site. Links to Google Maps, Facebook, manufacturers' data sheets, CPEEP and iA Financial Group open separate services whose privacy practices may differ. The RRSP video is loaded from CPEEP only when you start playback. Plan enrolment takes place on iA's external service.

Reading and signing company policies
When you sign the policies through your employee account, we retain your signature name, account identity, date, accepted declaration and a copy of the policy version presented. If you choose to draw a signature, its image is also retained. This information is used to track workplace commitments. It is accessible to the employee concerned and authorized portal administrators.
