Our work contributes to our clients' image and the comfort of the people using their premises. Every visit follows the facility's cleaning plan and La Gestion Élite's instructions.

Role 01

Commercial cleaner

Clean business premises methodically, consistently and with attention to detail, respecting the property, its occupants and work instructions.

Explore the main tasks
  • Dust and clean accessible surfaces, furniture, tables and touchpoints specified in the cleaning plan.
  • Vacuum, sweep and mop floors using the equipment and products designated for each surface.
  • Clean toilets, sinks and other washroom fixtures; replenish supplies included in the contract.
  • Empty garbage and recycling bins, replace bags as needed and take waste to the designated areas.
  • Clean mirrors, doors and glass surfaces included in the program.
  • Clean equipment after use and report missing supplies, damage and issues.
  • Carry out periodic tasks agreed with La Gestion Élite, according to the training provided.
Role 02

Floor care, stripping, finishing and carpet cleaning technician

Carry out floor maintenance and restoration according to the assignment, flooring type and methods taught.

Explore the main tasks
  • Prepare the work area and protect items that need protection before starting.
  • Identify the flooring and confirm the authorized method, products and equipment with La Gestion Élite.
  • Perform the washing, scrubbing, stripping, finishing or polishing required by the assignment after receiving the necessary training.
  • Clean carpets with the designated equipment and method, following material-specific instructions.
  • Mark off the area, account for foot traffic and follow the specified drying and reopening times.
  • Check the result, clean and store equipment, then report issues or required follow-up to La Gestion Élite.

Tasks, locations and work periods vary by contract. La Gestion Élite specifies the schedule, pay, conditions and requirements for each role. Methods and equipment use must be explained before assigning a task that requires training.
